Astrid Göschel MA is an executive and management coach. For over 20 years, she has supported executives in achieving their goals directly and together with all stakeholders. 

Her work is based on her interdisciplinary studies in Germany (Tübingen) and France (Lyon). She received her first teaching position in 1998. In 2009, the European Commission appointed her an EU Business Ambassador for Women Entrepreneurship.

Her success began with an excellence concept passed on to her by her mentors. The knowledge of the value of a pragmatic and proven methodology has enabled her to further expand her success. To date, she has been able to support numerous well-known companies on their journey to success.
